Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking to add a Life Sciences Counsel to join its transactional practice in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on advising biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences companies on complex manufacturing, supply, licensing, and commercialization agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience handling sophisticated life sciences transactions at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department. Candidates should have exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
