Premier NASDAQ commercial-stage life sciences technology company is seeking to add a 7+ year compliance professional to its growing team. Reporting directly to a terrific Chief Legal Officer, the Sr. Director will develop, implement, administer, and continuously improve all aspects of a robust legal compliance and ethics program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, company policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws (e.g., AKS, FCA, Stark), FCPA, transparency laws (e.g., Sunshine Act and European equivalents), medical device advertising and promotion regulations, export controls, OIG guidance, and AdvaMed Code; and extensive experience implementing their requirements in business operations is required.
