Global Boston-based NYSE life sciences company seeks 5+ lawyer to lead and support public company obligations, including SEC compliance and reporting, corporate finance transactions, and corporate governance. This is a high impact role, reporting to the GC and offers tremendous career growth potential. Top law firm and/or in-house corporate and securities law experience, including securities reporting and corporate governance, credit facilities, debt offerings or capital markets required.
