Description
Premier Third-Party Administrator is seeking to add a 2nd-5th year associate with insurance or property and casualty litigation experience to move in-house and manage cases. The company, backed by a prominent holding company, is hired by clients to handle complex environmental, asbestos, and/or latent insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of insurance litigation/claims resolution experience to manage all aspects of complex claims, specifically related to general liability or toxic torts. This attorney will analyze, investigate, and evaluate claims by digging into policy details, building strong defense strategies, and working closely with outside defense counsel and reinsures to reach fair resolutions. Position is open in Boston or Philadelphia.
