Top Boston-based AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking to add a mid-level associate (2-4 years) to join its vibrant capital markets/public company practice group and represent cutting-edge life sciences and other emerging technology company clients. Associates routinely work on high-level, challenging transactional matters with sophisticated clients. The Firm is known for the sustainable hours it offers as well as its highly competitive compensation (and strong bonus structure). Associates consistently have a clear track to Partner and many others successfully transition in-house. Capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in 33’ Act transactions and experience with 34’ Act filings and compliance and corporate governance matters required, as well as admission to Massachusetts or NY.
