Global life science technology leader seeks 5+ year business-savvy attorney with major firm training for a broad-based role that reports to and collaborates closely with General Counsel of this $1 billion revenue business. This lawyer will be responsible for supporting commercial, transactional and compliance matters, and counseling business leads across the globe on a wide-range of corporate and operational matters. Significant experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated agreements (commercial, m&a, acquisition or other strategic agreements) and counseling clients a must. Large firm and in-house experience preferred, medical device or other regulated industry experience, familiarity with licensing, data privacy and/or compliance matters (FDA, Anti-Kick-back, etc.) a plus.
