Premier global consulting firm is seeking to add an experienced Technology Counsel to its collaborative legal team in its Boston office. This attorney will advise on technology and AI matters, including drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, AI vendor, IT infrastructure, and professional services agreements. This role partners closely with IT, Information Security, AI Operations, and administrative teams to manage technology risk, support procurement, and provide practical guidance on privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, and emerging legal and regulatory issues in support of the firm’s global technology operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong technology contracting experience, excellent judgment and communication skills, and a practical, business-oriented approach.
