Outstanding opportunity for 5+ year attorney to join a premier life sciences company in a Senior Counsel role. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will be the lead attorney supporting the company’s commercial, business development, global operations, IT and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing complex transactions, including licensing, collaborations and other relevant commercial agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to assist in an array of legal matters. Life sciences experience is strongly preferred. Combination of in-house and major firm experience is also strongly preferred. Flexible hybrid schedule out of the company’s Greater Boston area office.
