Outstanding opportunity for a 4+ year attorney to join a premier well-funded, MA-based NASDAQ biotechnology company. This attorney will serve as a key member of the legal team and will work across a broad range of business functions supporting contracting needs, including finance, clinical operations, quality, and research and development. This role will be responsible for managing the contracting process for a wide array of agreements, including confidentiality agreements, CDMOs, supply and service agreements, statements of work, quality agreements, and other related agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to be strategic as well as tactical depending on business needs. Opportunity to grow as the company grows as part of a collaborative and skilled legal team. Experience with clinical trial agreements required. Strong compensation and hybrid work schedule.
