Outstanding MA-based Nasdaq biotechnology company seeks 12+ year attorney to serve as the lead commercial attorney. Reporting to the CLO, this role will be the legal advisor to the comercial organization, including commercial operations, market access, and sales and marketing. Deep understanding of legal and regulatory issues related to commercialization of drugs required. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly collaborative legal team.
