Description
Prestigious Boston-based firm is seeking a Mid to Senior level associate with substantial experience in complex financial restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy representing lenders, insurance companies, private equity and institutional investors and other corporate clients. Significant experience working on debtor-in-possession financings and cash collateral transactions, Section 363 sales and/or bankruptcy litigation in a large law firm environment is strongly preferred.
