ASSOCIATE / IP (BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES)

Large Boston-based firm is seeking a 1st - 3rd year associate or Patent Agent with experience and a strong technical background in biological sciences. Some experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses is required. Advanced degree required (PhD preferred; will consider an MS with substantial industry experience). Registration with the USPTO required; prior firm experience preferred.
