Boston office of prominent international firm seeks highly qualified mid-level associates with major law firm experience to join Finance Practice, focusing on representing lenders and debt investors in all types of debt transactions: syndicated, club and bilateral facilities; leveraged and investment grade financings; cash flow and asset-based financings; first-lien and second-lien financings; senior secured and unsecured mezzanine financings; and front-end financings as well as workouts, restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.
