ASSOCIATE/CORPORATE (VC/FUND FORMATION)

Large international firm is seeking to add associates with 1 to 8 years of private investment fund formation experience to its Venture Capital/Fund Formation practice. Ideal candidates will have experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds and will have completed fund formation transactions, sponsor-level transactions (i.e., involving the general partner and management company entities) and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests. The firm may also consider candidates with experience representing high growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters involving private investment funds, but who wish to focus on private investment fund formation and operations matters.
