Premier Boston-based international firm seeks 4+ year associate to join its Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice. The ideal candidate should have experience with drafting and negotiating venture capital investment agreements and leading negotiations of key terms of all venture capital investment agreements. This associate will have the opportunity to advise emerging companies on typical matters that arise in their day-to-day operations and will supervise, train and mentor junior associates in all aspects of venture capital financing. The firm offers a hybrid work policy.
