Boston area NYSE manufacturing company seeks 5+ year attorney with major law firm corporate training for broad-ranging #2 role, reporting directly to General Counsel. Job duties include commercial contracting, global subsidiary management, SEC filings, SEC and NYSE compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, corporate compliance, data privacy, internal reorganizations, banking and financing arrangements and other general corporate matters. SEC experience is not required. Previous in-house experience highly desired.
