Premier, Boston-based NASDAQ clinical stage biopharmaceutical company seeks 3+ year attorney with major firm and industry experience for a new Corporate Counsel role. Reporting directly to the GC, this attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel across a variety of internal business functions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of biotech related contracts; supporting the company’s clinical programs; assisting with SEC-related matters; providing advice on issues of corporate governance and general corporate transactions; collaborating on litigation; and general legal support in anticipation of commercialization of the company’s products. This is a high visibility role with regular interaction with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. The company is well funded with a strong pipeline.
