Premier Boston-based biotechnology company is seeking an 8+ year transactional attorney to join its growing Legal Transactions team. This attorney will serve as lead counsel providing full end-to end support on transactions across the company’s portfolio, including pharmaceutical collaborations, licensing transactions, R&D partnerships, M&A and other significant transactions. This role will serve as a key strategic legal business partner to internal stakeholders across the company. Relevant major firm experience required.
