Premier NASDAQ commercial-stage life sciences technology company is seeking to add a 5+ year attorney to its growing team. Reporting directly to a terrific Chief Legal Officer, this attorney will lead all legal and compliance matters as they arise in the commercial and operations organizations. This attorney will also serve as a key legal advisor on business transactions, including alliances, licensing, and collaborations. 5 years’ experience in-house or at a law firm drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for a commercial-stage life sciences companies is preferred.
