Description
Large Boston-based firm is seeking multiple mid-level associates to join the firm’s renowned Health Care practice. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of experience either at a major firm or industry working on a variety of corporate transactions and investigations for health care clients including hospitals, academic medical centers, corporations, private equity, and venture capital companies. Candidates must have significant experience advising and providing guidance on health care regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, state corporate practice of medicine, the Sunshine Act and reimbursement and coverage rules under Medicare and Medicaid. Provide legal guidance on proposed and enacted United States federal and state legislation impacting pharmaceutical companies relating to market access, pricing, reimbursement as well as state drug price reporting and transparency laws and compliance. Opportunity to supervise and train junior Health Care associates. Excellent academic credentials required.
