Cutting edge life sciences/AI operating company and incubator seeks 8+ year attorney with healthcare regulatory and technology licensing expertise for unique and wide-ranging role. The hired attorney will work closely with the general counsel on all legal matters affecting the parent company and act as lead counsel for a spin-co, serving as strategic legal and business partner for all legal affairs. Candidates must have major law firm training and experience drafting complex agreements, ideally in the life sciences, medical device or healthcare industries. Superb opportunity!
