Premier and fast-growing software technology company is seeking to add a 5+ year commercial attorney to its collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate must have significant experience drafting and negotiating complex SaaS transactions. As a key member of the legal team, this attorney will provide guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the company, including Finance, Sales, Information Security and Product. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-focused attorney to play a critical role in supporting the company’s global commercial business.
