Superb Nasdaq biopharmaceutical company seeks 10+ year attorney with major law firm training and in-house life sciences industry experience for key role managing all legal and compliance issues for this clinical stage company. Managing one direct legal report, the successful candidate will be responsible for all legal and compliance matters at the company, including company disclosures, preparing and reviewing SEC filings and Board of Directors materials, advising on financings and other transactions, and assisting with various legal projects. This individual will work closely with all members of the C-Suite, the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team across the company. Excellent compensation.
