Prominent MA-based NYSE life sciences leader seeks 4-7 years’ experienced senior legal counsel to provide support to the Business Development and Venture Capital team in all aspects of creating, maintaining, and exiting a large, strategic venture capital portfolio. The successful candidate would also help manage and maintain a strategic venture capital portfolio of active companies, assist with diligence and pre-closing regulatory matters associated with large acquisitions, review and analyze complex acquisitions and financing structures, and provide general corporate legal support for Business Development’s everyday needs.
