Description
Fortune 500 energy services company seeks 5+ year corporate/finance attorney with law firm and/or in-house experience to support treasury/financing transactions (including credit agreement renewal(s), debt and equity issuances), corporate transactions, SEC and governance matters, commercial operations, regulatory compliance and day-to-day corporate matters. This lawyer will collaborate closely with senior-level legal, finance and treasury team members. Experience leading corporate transactions required. Some experience with securities filings and corporate governance strongly preferred. Hybrid policy 3 days in office/2 days remote.
