Premier Boston-based technology and media company seeks 4th+ year attorney with major firm experience for a broad-ranging position supporting commercial operations and advising the business team of a vibrant division. Significant experience negotiating and drafting contracts (commercial, m&a, acquisition or other strategic agreements) a must. Familiarity with licensing, Intellectual Property, data privacy and compliance matters a plus! This position also offers the opportunity to work on other corporate HQ matters and to collaborate with a terrific, highly-collegial legal group! Hybrid work week policy (2 days in office/3 days remote).
