Description
Major Boston-based international firm seeks a junior or mid-level associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join their Labor & Employment group. The ideal candidate will have experience providing employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting employment agreements, separation agreements and restrictive covenant agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues including disputes and negotiations. Experience with mediations, restrictive covenant litigation and other employment litigation is a plus but not essential. Hybrid work policy of three days in office.
