ASSOCIATE / CORPORATE (DEBT FINANCE)

The Finance & Restructuring and Private Equity Groups of large Boston firm are seeking a 3+ year finance lawyer with large firm transactional experience to play an important role on its borrower-side finance team, principally partnering with our nationally-recognized private equity group to represent private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and other interactions with lenders. The ideal candidate would have significant experience representing borrowers and issuers in large syndicated credit facilities, have knowledge of current market terms and trends, and familiarity with various debt structures (first lien, second lien, mezz, unitrache, cash flow, ABL, etc).
