Well established boutique Boston firm seeks 3rd – 7th year real estate attorney for a diverse practice serving nonprofit, for-profit and public clients in real estate development and finance (borrower and lender acquisitions and dispositions), affordable housing, land use, and commercial leasing. Candidates with experience/interest in affordable housing finance, or 3+ years of experience with loan closings for financings, or experience with any of the following are plusses: title, land use, permitting, design and construction contracts, or condominiums. Mass bar membership (or ability to waive in) required. Firm offers a collegial (and hybrid) work atmosphere and a great work-life balance.
