Leading-edge Boston-area alternative energy developer seeks a 10+ year business-savvy corporate attorney to serve as the first General Counsel and in-house lawyer to help scale up the domestic and international operations and business of a fast growing independent operating division. The GC will serve as a core member of the C-Suite team, help establish the legal function and have a hands-on role handling a wide-variety of legal matters. Experience in energy storage, electric or utility industries and global manufacturing preferred.
