Outstanding opportunity for 5+ year attorney to join premier MA-based NASDAQ biotechnology company in Director, R&D Counsel role. Reporting directly to the CLO, this attorney will serve as a key member of the legal team and will work across a broad range of business functions supporting contracting needs, including finance, clinical operations, quality and research and development. This attorney will be responsible for managing the contracting process for a wide array of agreements including confidentiality agreements, CDMO’s, supply and service agreements, statements of work, quality agreements and among other related agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to assist in an array of legal matters. Terrific growth opportunity!
