Description
International Boston-area medical device leader seeks 4+ year large firm patent litigator for broad-based role: overseeing and managing all phases of North American litigation (patent, commercial and employment), developing litigation strategies; providing strategic advice to senior management and business team members; managing external counsel; and drafting and negotiating litigation-related agreements. Reporting into the Deputy GC of a small legal team, this lawyer will also have the opportunity to broaden their practice to include other non-litigation-related corporate legal matters. Patent litigation experience required, anti-trust litigation experience a plus!
