Outstanding opportunity for 5+ year attorney to join premier NASDAQ biotech company in Transactions and Contracting Counsel role. Reporting directly to the CLO, this attorney will be responsible for managing the contracting process for a broad range of agreements and contracts including confidentiality agreements, sponsored research agreements, clinical trial agreements, CDMO’s, supply and service agreements, statements of work, quality agreements and all other relevant agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to assist in an array of legal matters. Terrific growth opportunity! (Hybrid)
