Large international firm seeks 2nd - 4th year associate to join its Compensation and Benefits practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following aspects of an executive compensation practice: equity plans for private and public companies, executive employment agreements, equity compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions such as public offerings, and the executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (Sections 83, 162(m), 280G and 409A).

Large Boston-based firm seeks 2nd - 4th year associate to join the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in their Business Law Department. Candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing some components of transactions independently, along with specific experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans. Additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits or general employment law matters is preferred but not required.
