We conduct an in-person interview with all of our local candidates or an in-depth phone interview with out-of-town candidates prior to presenting a candidate to our clients. We attempt to meet with our clients prior to engaging in any search activities so that we are better equipped to screen candidates prior to our client’s first interview with a candidate. Our policies of client consultation and candidate screening enable us to meet our clients’ hiring needs promptly and accurately.
