Our Approach

We meet with our in-house clients prior to engaging in any search activities to help develop a position profile and identify the technical and personal requirements of the particular position.  Through this process we become better equipped to screen candidates prior to a client’s first set of interviews with a candidate. We conduct an in-person interview with all of our local candidates or an in-depth phone interview with out-of-town candidates prior to presenting a candidate’s resume to our clients. We have found that our policies of client consultation and candidate screening enable us to meet our clients' staffing needs promptly and accurately. This leads to a permanent and mutually beneficial employment relationship between our clients and candidates.
